At the end of May, Christian Halls, founder and owner of Halls Hosting and the wider Halls Group of services, sadly passed away. Christian devoted years to building these businesses into the trusted providers you rely on today.
We apologise for the lack of communication over the past weeks. In the wake of Christian’s passing, it has taken time to gain access to the necessary systems and accounts. Please rest assured that all existing support tickets will be addressed very shortly.
Transition to Undo IT
Undo Solutions Limited (trading as Undo IT) was invited to step in and assume responsibility for Halls Hosting’s operations. Undo IT has accepted this role and will ensure a smooth transition for all clients.
What This Means for Clients
- All existing pricing will remain unchanged, but VAT will now be applied to invoices, as Undo IT is VAT-registered.
- All current hosting and support services will continue uninterrupted, should you wish to maintain them.
- Billing will transition to Undo IT—please update your records accordingly and note the addition of VAT on future invoices.
- If you pay via bank transfer, please use the new account details when making payments.
- You are free to move your services elsewhere at any time, with our best wishes.
We will do our utmost to uphold the same level of care and responsiveness that Christian always provided.
