Legal Bits

(1) – The Halls Group will only buy and renewal domains ending in  .co.uk , .uk , .org.uk and will be free to the client. Any other domain/s ending is excluded from the MAX plan. Please read our legal agreements by clicking here for more information.

(2) – Time Limits

As part of our Halls MAX Plan, as stated several times in our MAX Plan terms, everything is unlimited of the number of changes, producing, editing etc. We have set limits on what we can do. For an example, if a client wants a brand-new website theme and then signs off on that theme. A few weeks later, they want us to completely redo the theme from scratch and start all over again. We won’t make a brand-new theme from scratch; we will only do a brand-new theme for the client after 4 weeks from the original one that has been signed off from the client. The client agrees to the time limits. Below are the time limits we have set for certain products we offer in our MAX Plan. On rare occasions when we are busy, we might have to put projects back a few days or weeks, so we can finish the work we have already started to make for other clients.

Web Design – After 4 weeks from the date the client signs off.

Bespoke Software – After 3 weeks from the date the client signs off.

The Halls Group reserves the right to modify the services offered in our Max Plan, including adding, removing, or changing services. This may occur at any time and without prior notice. We will, however, make every effort to communicate any changes to you as soon as possible.
