To generate an app password, follow these steps:

1. Go to Microsoft account security and log in.

4. "App passwords" will now be available. Click on "Create a new app password".

Use the generated app password in the 'from' password field below.

First, enable IMAP access in your Gmail settings:

1. Go to mail.google.com and log in.
2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right.
3. Select "See all settings".
4. Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
5. Under "IMAP access," select "Enable IMAP".
6. Click "Save changes" at the bottom.

Setting up an App Password with 2-Step Verification

Next, you'll need to create an app password. This requires 2-step verification to be enabled:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security and log in.
2. In the "Signing in to Google" section, enable "2-Step Verification" and follow the prompts.
3. Once 2-Step Verification is enabled, click on "App passwords".
4. In the "Select app" dropdown, choose "Other (Custom name)".
5. Enter a name like "BrixlyMigration" (or any descriptive name).
6. Click "Generate". You will receive a 16-character app password.
   
   Make a note of this password as you won't see it again.

Important: Use this 16-character app password in the 'from' password field below. Do not use your regular Gmail password.
